Time picker does not save values properly and adds a timezone while list-editing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate List v3.

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Activate List v3.

  2. Navigate to any list, for example, incident.list.

  3. Choose Configure > List Layout.

  4. Add a custom GlideTime field to layout and Save.

  5. Double-click to list-edit the newly created cell.

  6. Save the value without changing the time.

    See that a timezone has been applied to the time.



Disable List v3 or remove the field from the list layout.

Both options will force the user to modify/update the GlideTime field from form view, in which the issue does not occur.
