Creating a unique index from the dictionary of a field shows the unique check box as checked but the database shows that no unique index was created.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the dictionary and search for [column name] [is] [number] and [table] [is] [task].
Note that the UI shows the unique field check box) is checked.
Access the database from terminal and run show index from the task.
Note that no unique index exist for the number column even though the UI shows it as checked.
