Symptoms
When adding value to the field, its not getting displayed in the activity formatter stream even if its added in the activities configuration

Cause
glide.ui16.live_forms.enabled is not enabled
Resolution
To display value of the field that you want to see in activity formatter stream, enable property '
glide.ui16.live_forms.enabled'
Under System Property
Look for: glide.ui16.live_forms.enabled
Check the value of the property, if its false change it to true
