This article describes how to associate a Connect Support Chat Queue to a Service Portal.

Resolution
To associate a Connect Support Chat Queue, do the following:
- Go to Service Portal > Portals.
- Select the portal record.
- Right-click the form header and choose Configure > Form Layout.
- Add the Chat Queue field to the selected fields and save.
- Set the queue you want and save the form.
This value from the Chat Queue field is used in the base release portal header to create the link. If you need to copy the behavior into a custom portal, use the default portal header as a reference.
