How to add a Connect Chat queue to a Service Portal header
This article describes how to associate a Connect Support Chat Queue to a Service Portal.
Navigate to Service Portal > Portals.
Select the portal record.
Right-click the form header and choose Configure > Form Layout.
Add the Chat Queue field to the selected fields and save.
Set the queue you want and save the form.
This value from the Chat Queue field is used in the OOB portal header to create the link. If you need to copy the behavior into a custom portal, use the OOB portal header as a reference.
