Conditions added to Visual Task Board filters don't appear in reference pop-up window.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > Visual Task Boards and create a new visual task board.

  2. Next to My Task Boards, click New, or, if you have never created a task board before, click Create New Visual Task Board.

  3. From the Create New Board window, click Data Driven Board.

  4. Set the following values:

    • Task Table: incident
    • Lane Field: category (or any other table)
  5. Click New Criteria and add the filter condition [Active] [is] [true], then click Create.

  6. Click Create.

  7. Click the reference lookup (i) icon field. Under Board Filter, click Edit Filter to open the condition filter, add a new filter, for example, [Assigned to] [is not] Abel Tuter. Click Save changes.

  8. Reload the Visual Task Board and click the reference icon.

    Note that the added condition does not appear on the filter but you can see and edit it when clicking on the Edit filter.




There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the version that has a fix.
