Description

When activating the plugin GRC: Performance Analytics Premium Integration, 4 ACL are created for all tables.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into Istanbul instance.
  2. Activate GRC: Performance Analytics Premium Integration.
  3. Navigate to sys_security_acl_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_scope%3Dc0d71cdf4f661200dab93cb28110c766%5Ename%3D*

    ACL are created for all tables (*)

Workaround

The workaround is to set these ACLs to inactive. A maint role may be needed to set the ACLs to inactive using UI. Otherwise the ACL might need exported, edit the active field to false in the XML and import back in the instance. You may also write a script to set the ACL to inactive. That looks something like the following.

var rec = new GlideRecord('sys_security_acl');
var count = 0;
rec.addEncodedQuery('sys_id=SYS_ID_OF_THE_ACL_RECORD');
rec.query();

while (rec.next()) {
    gs.print('Name of the record  is : ' +  rec.sys_id);
rec.active = false;
gs.print('Active ACLs ' + rec. name);
rec.update();
count++;

}

Note: Please test this script in any of the sub-production instances and make sure the issue is resolved before running it on production instances.
