If the ServiceNow instance is behind firewall and Proxy is required to access the internet then glide.http.proxy_host and glide.http.proxy_port properties need to set to Proxy details. However, Notify's Twilio configuration does not honor the proxy setup, and calls do not reach Twilio servers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Activate the Notify plugin.
- Configure the provisioned instance, such that all requests are routed through a proxy. Set the following properties:
- Navigate to Twilio Configuration.
- Try to configure a Twilio account by providing SID and Auth.
The Twilio configuration does not honor the proxy setup. As a result, calls do not reach Twilio.
