After activating the Incident Management Best Practice - Jakarta plugin, the mandatory option set on the Additional Comments field does not clear if you change the State field from On Hold to either New or In Progress.
Steps to Reproduce
Activate the com.snc.best_practice.incident.jakarta plugin.
Create a new incident record.
Set the State value to On Hold and the On hold reason to Awaiting Caller, which will set the Additional Comments field to mandatory.
Change the State value to either New or In Progress without saving the form.
Expected behavior: Mandatory option set on Additional Comments field should clear if value of the State drop-down is not On Hold.
Actual behavior: Additional Comments field is still set to mandatory despite the State" value not being set to On Hold.
