The activity filter determines the fields shown in the activity stream of a form, such as the incident form. The product documentation topic Configure the activity filter provides information about how to configure the filter.

The activity filter is saved in either a user preference such as incident.activity.filter or, if the user does not have the ability to change the filter, it is determined by the system property glide.ui.incident_activity.fields.

Query Response

Because the activity filter applies to all views of the form, you cannot have it default to different settings depending on the view.
