Description

When a large number of attendees are added to a CAB Meeting the workbench becomes unresponsive.  Clicking controls in the browser, for example, Next, will be reflected in the meeting and agenda item records on the form but the Workbench is not updated.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a CAB Meeting with a large number of attendees (100 or more)

Workaround

This issue is due to a delay in the underlying avatar and presence components used for the CAB Meeting attendees widget.  Removing these elements alleviates the issue.

Apply the attached patch. Applying the update for the Attendees widget removes the presence feature and removes the user avatar from the meeting attendees list.
