GRC:Policy and Compliance does not migrate control test definitions that do not collect supporting data.  It should be able to do so and control test definitions that collect supporting data using a Basic Condition Type.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as maint and install Governance, Risk, and Compliance with demo data.

  2. Install GRC: Policy and Compliance without demo data.

  3. Navigate to GRC > Administration > Control Test Definitions.

  4. Filter the list of control test definitions to those that have "Collect supporting data" set to false or the Condition Type is Basic.

Notice that there are 14 demo data records that match.

  5. Navigate to Policy and Compliance > Administration > Migration.

Notice that the number of Control Test Definitions that would be migrated is 12 (the number of Basic CTDs).

  6. Migrate all of the data.

  7. Navigate to Policy and Compliance > Indicators > Indicator Templates.

Note that the number of indicator templates migrated is 12.

The desired behavior is that 14 CTDs would be migrated - the ones that are Basic (12) and the ones that do not collect supporting data (2).

Applying the attached update sets will update the migration UI page and scripts to accommodate Control Test Definitions that do not collect supporting data (in addition to Basic Control Test Definitions).
