Description

When exporting records with stage field to PDF/XLS/CSV, the stage field on the report does not match the stage field on the record.  This is because the stage field is pulled from the workflow context record and is sometimes different from stage field on the parent record.  This behavior is seen during export of sc_req_item, knowledge or any tables that uses the stage field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the sc_req_item.list and make sure there are at least 20 items; order items from Service Catalog if needed.
  2. Right click on the table header and select Export Excel (.xlsx) .
  3. For each RITM, compare the 'Stage' value in the exported file with the one in the record field.

Expected behavior: The stage values in the exported file match the stage values of the RITMS.

Actual behavior: The stage values in the exported file DO NOT match the stage values of the RITMS.

Workaround

After patching to the appropriate version listed in the "Fixed In" section, add and set the property "glide.workflow.stage_display.bypass_wf_context" to true.
