Description

Visual Task Board: When opening a ticket listed in the VTB and then opening the watch list or group list by clicking the lock for either, clicking the "add/remove multiple" option crashes/closes the pop-out window/dialog window

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > Open and open an incident.

  2. On the State field, select Show in Visual Task Board.

  3. Open Visual Task Board.

  4. Open one of the cards.

This will open the incident form with default form.

  5. Click on the Watchlist padlock icon to add multiple users.

Note that it closes the card completely.

Workaround

Go to the normal Incident form rather than accessing through Visual Task Board.

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Customer Support.
