After converting from Express to Enterprise, admins are unable to add Dynamic or Advanced reference qualifiers: these options are missing in the Use reference qualifier field of the Dictionary entry (for example, the business_service field on Incident table). Additionally when you right-click on the Use reference qualifier field and choose Show Choice List in the context menu, you do not see any entries (Simple/Dynamic/Advanced) for the choices (in English).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as admin in an Express instance.

  2. Navigate to the dictionary entry of the business_service field on the Incident table.

  3. Click the Reference Specification tab on the page and check the options in the drop-down of the Use reference qualifier field.

Note that there are two entries: Simple and Dynamic.

  4. Activate any language plugin and change the instance language to the language activated.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.

Note that there are three entries (for Simple, Dynamic and Advanced) in the language selected for the Use reference qualifier drop-down list.

  6. Convert this Express instance to Enterprise.

  7. After conversion, repeat steps 2 and 3 and check the field's drop-down entries in English.

The two entries do not display as they did in Express.

When you change the language to the activated language and repeat steps 2 and 3, you will notice that there are three entries similar to those shown in Express.

Please manually import the attached update set use_reference_qualifier_choice_entries.xml containing these entries.
