Description

The Standard Change Request workflow was not executing as it was not meeting the condition: State is "Standard".

 

Cause

The "standard" State was being used instead of the expected "Standard".

 

Resolution

1 - On the Change Request form right click on the "Type" field and click on the Dictionary choice.

2 - Scroll down the Related List "Choices".

3 - Check the Label and Value columns for the standard state. The Label column should be "Standard" and the Value column should be "standard".

4 - Once that is corrected, save the dictionary entry and create a standard change.
