KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

When attempting to schedule a clone, sometimes the request gets stuck trying to verify the target instance and does not complete the request. The screen often hangs with the pop-up message 'Confirm Destination Upgrade/Downgrade'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log on to your source instance.
  2. Attempt to schedule a clone to a target instance.

NOTE: The issue only happens for users who have current browser cache for the instance, also does not happen to all clone attempts.

Workaround

Before scheduling a clone:

  • Log on to the clone source instance using a browser with incognito or protected view, so to not use your browser's cache.

    OR

  • Clear your browser cache.
