Setting sysparm_fixed_query within the URL for task_add_affected_cis.do does not apply, but works when using a normal sysparm_query.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the following URL:

  2. Add &sysparm_query=manufacturer=aa0a6df8c611227601cd2ed45989e0ac to the end of the URL.

Note how the query is applied. The list shows only records relating to Lenovo within the Manufacturer column.

  3. Apply &sysparm_fixed_query=manufacturer=aa0a6df8c611227601cd2ed45989e0ac instead.

Instead of the condition filter (breadcrumb) being fixed and not allowing modification, the list no longer has a filter against it and is returning all records.
