Description

When using Chrome on Windows 7, using either page up or page down while inside an HTML field causes the page to shift to the left and the navigator no longer displays

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Chrome browser window on a Windows 7 machine, navigate to kb_knowledge.list.
2. Open any existing article and click within the HTML editor field.
3. Click either page up (fn + up) or page down (fn + down).

Note that instead of the page moving up and down, the filter navigator disappears and the page is pulled to the left.
