In List v3, when a reference field is configured as a drop-down choice field, no values appear when modifying the field from the list. They appear when modifying the field directly on the form.
Steps to Reproduce
Activate List V3.

Create a new reference field referencing the incident table on the incident table.
Configure the reference field to be a choice drop-down.
Navigate to the incident list and edit the field.
Note that the only choices that appears is "-- None --".
