Description

Removing demo data removes workflows from the com.glideapp.workflow.authoring plugin.

The following workflows are affected:

  • Service Catalog Item Request on Requested Item [sc_req_item] table
  • Service Catalog Request on Request [sc_request] table

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Request a removal of demo data from your instance by navigating to Self-Service > Service Requests on HI Service Portal.

  2. Once the demo data request has been submitted and completed, navigate back to your instance.

  3. Navigate to Workflow > Workflow Versions and search using the following criteria:

    http://<instance-name>/wf_workflow_version_list.do?sysparm_query=tableLIKEsc_req_item%5EORtableLIKEsc_request

    Note that the following workflows have been removed:

    • Service Catalog Item Request on Requested Item [sc_req_item] table
    • Service Catalog Request" on Request [sc_request] table

 

 

Workaround

Import the attached wf_workflow_version XML file to the instance. For more information on this procedure, see the product documentation topic Export and import XML files.
