Description

When importing a Visual Task Board (VTB) containing tasks with checklist, the check-lists are skipped.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in any current instance
2. Create a visual task board
3. Create a task inside the created VTB and add a check list in it
4. Navigate to "vtb_board.list"
5. Open the vtb record created at step 2
6. Right click on the header and select "Export Board to XML" from the menu options
7. Log in to another instance
8. Open any list and try to import the vtb board xml exported at step 6 via "Import xml" option

Observe the Check Lists are not imported for the VTB Task.

Note: while exporting the vtb_board record, the checklists are not exported in the xml output. However, while exporting the vtb_task record, checklist are exported, but during import they are skipped.
