After creation of incident or enhancement through service portal, on selecting link to homepage, it displays homepage without navigation window, to search for the incident.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into an affected instance
- Navigate to service portal and click on Get help
- Click on Create a new incident or Create a new enhancement
- After creation, the info message shown to the user that ticket can be tracked from the homepage.
- The link to the homepage takes the user to the native view, without the navigation window to go to incidents and search for it. Clicking on the back button also does not work.
The issue is reproduced in Chrome.
Create a sp_filtered_message record to omit that infoMessage in Service Portal.
