When the Additional Comments and Work Notes fields are not in the same section as the activity filter, the @mentions feature does not work
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Incident > Open and open an incident record.
3. Modify the default form layout so that the Additional Comments and Work Notes fields are no longer in the same section as the activity filter.
4. Save the layout.
5. Try to @mention an existing user in the Additional Comments or Work Notes fields
Note that the @mentions feature does not display a list of matching results.
The @mentions feature is supported only in the activity stream. It is not supported in journal fields such as Additional Comments and Work Notes.
