The Incident Management dashboard, which is supposed to be included in the trial version of Performance Analytics for Incident Management, is absent from the instance.

Steps to Reproduce
Log in a pre-Jakarta Patch 8 instance.
Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
Make sure the Performance Analytics [com.snc.pa] plugin is active.
Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards.
Search for the Incident Management dashboard. Notice it does not appear.
Please review the Fixed In section to determine the latest available patch your instance can be upgraded to.
If an upgrade is not possible, please apply the following workaround:
- Import the attached Script Include MissingRecords
- Delete the records from sys_update table using the following URL:
- Delete the records from sys_upgrade_state table using the following URL: [Admin user can not delete those records]
- Confirm none of those records were deleted before. If the records were deleted, re-activating the plugin will not install them since they are customized (deleted). Use the following URL to find the deleted records:
- Reactivate the plugin
The URL uses the attached script include which returns the records from sys_updated and sys_upgrade_state only for the files that does not exist in the table. Once these records are deleted from sys_update and sys_upgrade_state tables it is as if they were not inserted before.
