Description

The Incident Management dashboard, which is supposed to come with the trial version of Performance Analytics for Incident Management, is absent.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Log in a pre-JakartaP8 instance.

  2. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.

  3. Make sure the Performance Analytics (com.snc.pa) plugin is active.

  4. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards.

  5. Search for the Incident Management dashboard. Notice that it does not appear.

 

Workaround

Please review the Fixed in section to upgrade to one of the latest patches available for Jakarta or Kingston.

If an upgrade is not possible, please apply the following workaround:

  1. Import the attached script include MissingRecords
  2. Delete the records from sys_update table using the following URL:
    • /sys_update_list.do?sysparm_query=nameINjavascript%3A%20new%20MissingRecords().getRecords()
  3. Reactivate the plugin

The URL uses the attached script include which returns the records from sys_updated only for the files that does not exist in the table. Once these records are deleted from sys_update table it is as if they were not inserted before.
