Description

Record producer in Service Portal places variable sets in a different order in the variable editor.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Activate the Service Portal for Enterprise Service Management plugin.

  2. Import the attached file to load a record producer and related variables:

    -item_option_new (cat_item=e6100fb80f221600b2b9cc88f2050e53) (2).xml and
    --sc_cat_item_producer_e6100fb80f221600b2b9cc88f2050e53.xml.

    New record producer will be 'test':
    /nav_to.do?uri=sc_cat_item_producer.do?sys_id=e6100fb80f221600b2b9cc88f2050e53

  3. Click Try it and Submit.

  4. Go to the incident created by the record producer and configure the form layout to include the Incident variable editor.

    Note the formatting of the variables are split into multiple containers and in two columns.

  5. Access the recorder producer in Service Portal and Submit:
    /sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=e6100fb80f221600b2b9cc88f2050e53

  6. Access the incident created and note that all the variables are in a single column to the right.
