Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate com.glideapp.google_maps plugin without installing plugin com.glide.ui.m plugin
2. Open a Google map integrated page. e.g. /map_page.do?sysparm_name=Critical%20incidents

It will show a blank page. On the development console in the browser, it will show:

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module sn.maps due to:
Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module snm.maps due to:
Error: [$injector:nomod] Module 'snm.maps' is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it. If registering a module ensure that you specify the dependencies as the second argument.
