You can no longer toggle/ click on a commenter's profile picture in the activity feed and gather their information or send a Direct Message. This feature was included in certain previous releases (Istanbul and Helsinki).
Steps to Reproduce
On a Jakarta instance, navigate to Incident > Open and select any incident.
In the activity filter, click on the profile picture of a user.
Note that no pop-up window with the user contact information or an option to send a direct message is displayed.
There is no workaround for the issue. This is an intentional change made for performance improvement efforts in Jakarta.
