Description

In scheduled reports, the Type field for chart data in list view incorrecty includes Excel. PDF or PNG should be the only available choices.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any report that does not have a list as output, for example, Open Incidents - Grouped.

For more information, see the product documentation topic Reporting.

  2. Click Save.

  3. Click Schedule.

This will create "Scheduled Execution of Open Incidents - Grouped." Available Type is "PDF-landscape" -default, PDF and PNG.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Go to Report > Scheduled reports.

"Scheduled Execution of Open Incidents - Grouped" is visible in list view.

  6. Add the Type field to the list view.

  7. Double-click Type.

The choices visible are "PDF-landscape" -default, PDF, Excel(.xlsx), Excel (.xls) and PNG, although Excel should not be included.

Workaround

Instead of using the list view for modifying the export type, do so through the form itself.
