Issue occurs only on IE11.

Issue Description:
Related lists in 'Change' creates a vertical scroll bar in IE11 even though list has only one record to display

Steps Taken: Could see similar behavior with Incident, Problem related list as well. Also could reproduce the behavior on any related list on any Change/Problem/Incident.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a change in Helsinki or istanbul instance
2. Open one of the related list in the change, for example open "Affected CIs" tab
3. Add a one CI record
4. You will notice though there is only one CI record to display, system introduces vertical scrollbar.
 
Expected behavior:
No vertical scrollbar
 
Actual behavior:
Vertical scrollbar introduced

 

Workaround

This reported issue seems to be mitigated with list v3
