Related List Filter for a title in 'Knowledge Bases' is not displaying the 'Operator' filter for list V2.

Steps to Reproduce

- Navigate to Knowledge > Administration > Knowledge Bases
- Select a Knowledge 'Title'.
- Scroll down to 'Related lists'.
- Click on the filter, we cannot see the 'Operator' condition
