Description

Scheduling a single score report does not email the single score values. Instead, it contains the message "No data to display.", scheduling of a single score report is not supported and hence the error message appears.

Steps to Reproduce

 

Create a single score report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Create New.

  2. Provide the following values:

    • Report name: Test Single Score Report
    • Table:  User Role [sys_user_has_role]
    • Type:  Single Score
    • Aggregation: Count Distinct, select User in the second list box.
  3. Click Save to save the report.

  4. Click Run to run the report.

    Note that the report output is a single number.

Schedule the report:

  1. Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.

  2. Provide the following values:

    • Name: Test Single Score Report
    • Report: Test Single Score Report
    • Email addresses:  Enter your email address
    • Subject: Test Single Score Report
    • Run: On Demand
    • Type: PDF
  3. Click Save to save the record and select Execute Now.

    The emailed PDF report does not have the single score. Instead, it contains the message "No Data to Display".

Workaround
