When a user with the list_updater and knowledge_admin roles clicks on Update All, the Update Selected option on knowledge list, a blank screen appears.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Log in as admin.

  2. Add the knowledge_admin and list_updater roles to the demo data amos.linnan account (or another user account).

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Assign a role to a user.

  3. Log in as amos.linnan.

  4. Navigate to Knowledge > Published.

  5. Verify that the amos.linnan user can see the articles and can open any of the records and update.

  6. To test Update All, navigate back to the list and click the context menu icon next to the page name and choose Update All.

  7. To test selected articles, select a few articles and click Update Selected from the table's context menu.
  8. Click OK in the dialog box that appears.
