Due to fixed frame size and no scroll option, the ESS knowledge portal displays only few categories at a time even if there are more categories to be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Self Service > Knowledge.

  2. Select a knowledge base with more than 20 categories.

    Note that only a few categories show up rather than the entire list, which also means no scroll bar is displayed.
