Due to fixed frame size and no scroll option, the ESS knowledge portal displays only few categories at a time even if there are more categories to be displayed. Knowledge pages are not always resized properly, with the scroll bar not appearing.


Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to Self Service > Knowledge.

  2. Select a knowledge base with more than 20 categories.

    Note that only a few categories show up rather than the entire list, which also means no scroll bar is displayed.

  3. Navigate to Email and look for the scroll bar. Note this is missing whereas it is available in some of the other pages.



This problem has been fixed in Knowledge v3 in the available versions listed in the Fixed In field.
