When submitting a Service Catalog request, then viewing the request in Service Portal, the stages show Waiting for Approval by... and a second entry Waiting for Approval.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Make a Service Catalog request.
  2. View the request in the Service Portal.
Instead of seeing one entry Waiting for Approval by..., there are two entries.
The same root cause can show one waiting approval entry in the Service Portal, but two in the RITM fulfiller view.


This issue is fixed in Kingston. No workaround or back-porting patch is available on earlier releases.
