When importing a knowledge article, the new record generated does not preserve the original horizontal line and font size.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge
- Click on import article icon present on Knowledge homepage
- Drag and drop the attached doc file, L1 Support KB Article Template (2).docx
- Select the Knowledge Base > Import
- Open the created Knowledge article
Observe it has lost the original horizontal line and font-size.
In a Word document, horizontal lines are represented using Vector Markup Language, which is not supported by the Knowledge Import functionality.
If required, users will need to manually add an horizontal line by editing the article.
