Description

When trying to create a new authentication for Okta, seeing the following error: Resource not found: servicenow_app2( App)

This is a New authentication. When setting up a demo Express instance with an existing Okta account, the connection is successful.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Login as Admin to an Express instance
  2. Navigate to User Administration on the home page
  3. Activate the Okta plugin
  4. Enter the appropriate fields to create a new Okta connection
  5. Error occurs

Workaround

The OKTA SSO plugin has been deprecated for the Kingston release. It is only available in Jakarta. All Express instances will be migrated to the new ITSM common platform, so there is no workaround or patch applicable.
