Description

After upgrading to Jakarta, navigating to the ServiceNow Performance home page loads a blank page for some instances:

 

In the application logs, the following error is logged while loading the home page:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade from a version prior to Jakarta to Jakarta.
  2. Navigate to Home.
  3. Load the ServiceNow Performance home page.
    An empty page is loaded.
