Description

When the user tries to download a PA dashboard or charts within a dashboard, the user gets an error like the one below:

Export failed. JSONObject["highcharts_options"] not found.

 

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards.
  2. Open the Incident Management Dashboard and scroll to the Open Incidents widget.
  3. Point to the top right corner of the chart. The chart context menu appears.
  4. Click on the Chart Context Menu and an option to save as JPG or PNG appears, like the screenshot below.
  5. Select an option.

 Error appears: Export failed. JSONObject["highcharts_options"] not found.
