When the user tries to download a PA dashboard or charts within a dashboard, the user gets an error like the one below:
Export failed. JSONObject["highcharts_options"] not found.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards.
- Open the Incident Management Dashboard and scroll to the Open Incidents widget.
- Point to the top right corner of the chart. The chart context menu appears.
- Click on the Chart Context Menu and an option to save as JPG or PNG appears, like the screenshot below.
- Select an option.
Error appears: Export failed. JSONObject["highcharts_options"] not found.
