Unable to remove filter condition in reference field.

In Jakarta, the behavior of reference fields changed. When entering text in the field, and hitting the magnifier, unable to reset the condition.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create new incident
  2. Populate a reference field with an incorrect value.
    e.g. Caller with test.
  3. Click magnifying glass.
  4. Within filter, try clicking All to remove condition.
