Description

On a CMS page on an ESS portal that has an iFrame, if List v3 is enabled, editing a related list results in a "Page not found" error after clicking Save.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable the com.glide.ui.list_v3 plugin and ensure that List v3 is enabled.

For more information, see the documentation topics Activate a plugin and Activate List v3.

  2. Log in as System Administrator.

  3. Create a CMS page (content_page table) with the following values:

    • Name: SNC Test
    • URL suffix: snc_test
    • Parent page: blank
    • Layout: blank
    • Content theme: blank
    • Content site: Employee Self-Service

For more information, see the product documentation topic Content pages.

  4. On the new content page, click the Edit Page link and add an iFrame to the content page with the following URL: incident_list.do?sysparm_query=opened_by%3Djavascript%3Ags.getUserID(). Set the height to at least 2000.

  5. Open an incident form and ensure the related list Problem > Parent is added.

If Problem > Parent is not listed, right-click in the form header, choose Configure > Form Layout, and use the slushbucket to add it.

  6. Go to ess/snc_test.do and open an existing incident.

if there are no open incident records, click the All filter.

Note: You might need to run cache.do and log in again if the incident list does not appear to be in List v3 format.

  7. In the Problem related list section, click Edit.

  8. Move any existing problem to the right side and click Save.

A "Page not found" error appears with the message "The page you are looking for could not be found".
