Issue

By default, if you add Related Lists to your Record Producer, these will be hidden from view. There is a Client Script named Hide User Criteria Related Lists that completes this.

How to show the hidden Related Lists

To be able to see the Related Lists in the Record Producer, set the setting Hide User Criteria Related Lists to false.

  1. Navigate to the Record Producer's form: Service Catalog > Record Producers
  2. Select the affected record.
  3. Open the context menu by right-clicking on the form header and select Configure > Client Scripts:
    Record Producer form context menu
  4. The list of Client Scripts related to Record Producers opens.
    • By default, the Active column should be visible. If it is not, add it by clicking on the gear menu in the top left.
  5. Disable the Hide User Criteria Related Lists Client Script, double click the true value and set it to false.
  6. To perform this action, click into the record and uncheck the Active checkbox.
    • If you prefer this method, save before returning to the Record Producer form.
