    3. Select Short Description in the Field Values field
    4. Click the input value icon (GEM button) to add a GEM pill to the value cell to the right of the Short Description field
    5. In the pop-up window, click Step 1: Impersonate and then click User.

    7. Without closing the pop-up, click on the input value icon (GEM button) to open the pop-up again.
    8. Click Step 1: Impersonate and then click User then Active.

The contents of the pill appears to be a space of blue and a value similar to 'a721a6144b0a7'].user}}'. See attached screenshot.

Workaround

When editing a pill, use the already opened pop-up, in 7f in the Steps to Reproduce, rather than opening another pop-up with the input value icon.
