KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

On Internet Explorer 11, cannot edit Input element on the form after uploading certain attachments (jpg, pdf).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to /incident.do to display the new Incident form without the navigation pane being displayed.

  2. Click the attachment icon and add a large file (for example, a .pdf, .jpg, or .png file).

You might not be able to reproduce the issue using a .txt file.

  3. After attaching the attachment, click in any string field, for example, Short Description.

The field becomes responsive if you clicks the X that appears when you click on the field or click Save.

Note that you cannot edit the Short Description field after uploading the attachment.
