IE11: Chat welcome message/Service Portal chats are hidden when switching tabs from connect to Service Portal chat.
Steps to Reproduce
Install the Connect Support plugin ((com.glide.connect.support).
For more information, see the documentation topic Activate a plugin.
As an end user, create a few support requests.
As an agent, go to the Support Chat tab (in frameset).
Note that the welcome message is not visible (although you can see if if you drag/highlight over its position).
Accept a request.
Switch to the Connect tab.
Switch back to the Support tab.
Note that switching between the Connect tab and the Support tab causes cosmetic errors on the Support tab. The support request is either half cut off (you can see only the timer) or all of it is hidden.
There is no workaround for this issue. To remediate, upgrade to the Istanbul release or later releases.
