Reinstalled applications have files missing.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login a Jakarta instance.
Install a store app with application files, for example, sys_app_application_<xxx>, sys_app_module_<xxx>, etc.
Uninstall the store app.
Reinstall the app on the instance.
After the app is successfully reinstalled, most of the application files are missing. In the localhost logs, the phrase "Skipping, file unchanged since last upgrade" is printed for all of the missing files.
This problem is fixed in Jakarta Patch 4 and onwards. If an upgrade is absolutely not possible yet, please contact Customer Support to assess a feasible workaround technique.
