Description

Lookup select box with advanced reference qual with Include none selected will display multiple —none— in service portal

Steps to Reproduce

 

Plugin: Service Portal

  1. Open any catalog item, for example, OOB: Apple iPad 3
  2. Create a Lookup Select Box variable

    Question:First Lookup box
    Name:first_lookup_box
    Lookup from table: "Incident"
    Lookup value field: "Short description"

    Include None: True
    Unique Values only: True

    Reference qual: caller_id=6816f79cc0a8016401c5a33be04be441
  3. Create a second Lookup Select Box variable dependent on the first one

    Question:second lookup box
    Name:second_lookup_box
    Lookup from table: "Incident"
    Lookup value field: "Number"

    Include None: True
    Unique Values only: True

    Reference qual: javascript:'caller_id=6816f79cc0a8016401c5a33be04be441^short_description='+current.variables.first_lookup_box

Opening the catalog item in service portal should show only one —none— but it shows multiple —none—
