Description

When the Knowledge Management - Service Portal plugin is active and you navigate to Service Status page from the Knowledge Search page, clicking on a specific service does not load the details.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure the Knowledge Management - Service Portal plugin is active.

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Activate a plugin.

  2. Go to https://<instance>.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_search.

  3. In the header menu, click Service Status and then click any Service.

    Note that the Service Status page does not provide any service availability details.

 

 

Workaround
