VM provision order form should hide SSHKEY attribute when Windows OS profile is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites

  1. Set vmware SA and cloud account. Discovery should be done.
  2. Windows template is mapped to Windows profile.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to application.
  2. Navigate to blueprint, create vm on vSphere bp, and generate a catalog item.
  3. Publish catalog.
  4. Navigate to the user portal. Order Vm on vSphere with windows profile.

When Windows is selected, the SSHkey attribute is enabled instead of disabled when Windows OS profile is chosen.

Workaround
