Description

When adding a filter widget to a homepage, scroll bars are present on the widget regardless of how many columns or records are shown as long as there is at least 1 record returned. This issue is only present on Internet Explorer. Tested on IE11.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new filter for the incident table to return 1 record. For example, INC0000001.
  2. Navigate to the homepage and add this filter to the homepage.

The filter should be added with scroll bars only when necessary but the scroll bars are present even if only 1 record or column is displaying. See screenshot.

Reproducible on: Istanbul patch 4 and Helsinki patch 9a

This is working as expected on Geneva patch 11
