Inserting (pasting) an image into an HTML field attaches the image to the record. This change is made to the record, even if the record is not saved.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Create an HTML field on the incident table.
  2. Paste an image into the HTML field.
  3. Reload the record.

Expected: Image is not attached to the record, does not appear in activity formatter.
Actual: Image is attached to the record, appears in the activity formatter.
